Fissler Original Pro Collection Domed Lid For Fry Pan - This is a nice, high-quality stainless steel lid for the Original Pro frying pan.  It is made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel that perfectly matches the frying pan.  That brushed finish make it so the lid resists water spots, stains, and scratches.  The large handle is attached with a high-strength welding process and therefore, there are no rivets in the lid to collect food particles.

The lid is specially designed so that the condensation that builds up on the inside while cooking will drip off the middle of the lid onto your food.  This makes the food tastier and juicier.  You can even place ice cubes on top of the lid to speed up that condensation process.

This lid is also very tight fitting, making it ideal to not only cook with little or no water but also to ensure that all the flavor of the food gets sealed in.

This lid comes in 2 different sizes to fit the medium or large Fissler Original Pro Fry Pan.
