Fissler Ultimate Steelux Set - This beautiful frying pan set truly is the "Ultimate"!  It comes with 2 pans, a splatter shield, and a food turner.  The first pan is the 11" Crispy Steelux Premium Frypan.  It is made of highly-polished 18/10 stainless steel and features the Novogrill textured bottom for non-stick grilling without the use of oils. 

The second pan is the 11" Protect Steelux Premium Frypan.  It also has a highly-polished 18/10 stainless steel exterior, but it features the "Protectal Plus" award-winning non-stick surface on the inside.  The sealing process for Protect pans involves the application of multiple layers of ceramic and titanium under extreme pressure.  This process makes the pan very chip and scratch resistant and is perfectly safe.  All Protect pans are 100% PFOA-free throughout the manufacturing process.

Both pans have an ergonomical, safety handle.  It lies perfectly in the hand, and the innovative heat sheild keeps your fingers from slipping up onto the hot part of the pan.  Both pans are also equipped with the CookStar All-Stove Base which is comprised of a pure aluminum core and high-quality 18/10 stainless steel.  The base is guaranteed to never separate or warp.  It provides quick heat distribution and diffusion without any hot spots, and it works with all stovetops, including induction.

The rims on both pans are specially designed to allow for precise, drippless pouring, and the pans are equipped with a handy measuring scale on the inside.  The Clippix Spatter Shield is cleverly designed to hook into the handles of these frying pans, allowing for easier, mess-free frying.  When the sheild is placed in the upright position, condensation drips back into the pan, not on the counter or stovetop.

This gorgeous frying set also comes with the "Comfort Food Turner".  This high-heat resistant turner/spatula is specially designed to perfectly fit the shape of these frying pans.
