Lamson & Goodnow 10" Kullenschliff Roast Knife with Pakkawood Handles - This is a very nice 10 inch roast knife with a Kullenschliff blade. The blade is made of the finest stainless steel from Solingen, Germay (Grade: 4116).
The handles are resin-infused Pakkawood held on with three nickel silver rivets for perfect weight and balance. If the blade ever becomes dull, you can send it back to LamsonSharp and get it sharpened for free by the craftsmen who originally made the knife.
