Lamson & Goodnow 10" Kullenschliff Slicer with Pakkawood Handles - This knife is designed for slicing paper thin slices of meat. The blade is rigid enough to slice straight, uniform portions, but has just enough give to it to carve around bone. The blade is made of very high grade stainless steel from Germany and has hollow cut in both sides to reduce friction.
The handles are resin-infused Pakkawood that provides a durable, non-slip grip. The handle is held to the full tang blade by three nickel silver rivets, helping to make this knife the perfect balance and weight while you're slicing.
