Lamson & Goodnow 10" Slicer with Rosewood Handles - This knife is designed for slicing paper thin slices of meat. The blade is rigid enough to slice straight, uniform portions, but has just enough give to it to carve around bone. The blade is made of very high grade stainless steel from Germany.
The handles are natural Rosewood with a mineral oil finish that provides a durable, non-slip grip. The handle is held to the full tang blade by three brass rivets, helping to make this knife the perfect balance and weight while you're slicing.
