Lamson & Goodnow 2 1/2" Bird's Beak Paring Knife with Resin-infused Pakkawood Handles - This is an extremely versatile little knife. This knife will get lots of use, and may just become your favorite knife in no time. It has a curved blade that is made of forged high-carbon steel (grade: 4116).
The handle is resin-infused Pakkawood which is heat and water resistant. The handle is held to the blade with three nickel silver rivets, giving it perfect balance and weight.
