Lamson & Goodnow 3" Kullenschliff Kudamono (Sheep's Foot) Paring Knife with Pakkawood Handles - This knife is a must for every kitchen. It has a kullenschliff blade, which means that it has hollows cut out on both sides of the blade giving the knife a paricularly fine cutting edge. These hollows create air pockets that reduce friction. It is very versatile and handy for small jobs. It's great for dicing and very close cutting.
The knife is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel that's been tempered and hardened. The handles are resin-infused Pakkawood and are held on with 3 nickel silver rivets for perfect balance and weight. As with all LamsonSharp knives, this knife qualifies for their Sharp for Life program, which means that if it ever loses it's edge, they will sharpen it for free.
LamsonSharp knives make a wonderful wedding, housewarming, or holiday gift!

*Due to the fact that these knives are hand-made here in the U.S.A. with the finest materials, occasionally not all models are in stock. If a knife that you order is not currently in stock, it may take up to 4 weeks to have the knife made at the LamsonSharp factory and shipped to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but these beautiful, hand-made knives are definitely worth the wait.
