Lamson & Goodnow 3-Piece Kullenschliff Chef Set with Pakkawood Handles - This is a really nice 3pc knife set from LamsonSharp. The blades are precision forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and have been hardened and tempered to a perfect 58° Rockwell. The blades are also Kullenschliff style which means that they have hollows ground into each side to help reduce friction while slicing.
The handles are resin-infused Pakkawood and are held onto the full tang blade with three nickel silver rivets, giving these knives a perfect balance and weight. The blades are taper-ground, polished,hand-edged, and honed. If they ever lose their edge, you can send them back to the craftsmen who made them and they will sharpen them for free.
