An 8.5 x12 inch, non-stick bake mat for lining bake and cake sheets for enhanced baking.

This non-stick, quarter-size bake mat is a commercial-grade baking mat designed for cooking and baking at home. It works in all types of ovens, including conventional and convection. A must-have cake-making and baking tool, its woven glass fibers sealed inside the silicone mat transfer heat evenly so baked goods like dough, pastries, and loaves of bread cook to a perfect golden brown, every time. Perfect for artisan baking, Irish soda bread, sourdough, and French bread. Strong and durable to outlast thousands of uses at temperatures from -40 degrees to 480 degrees F. It holds 12 (2 inches) or 10 (2.5 inches) cookies. Great for freezing foods, too. Using frozen fruit in place of ice cubes is how to make a smoothie cold without watering down its flavor.

The nonstick baking mat is reusable and more economical than using parchment paper. Foods release easily without oiling or greasing the surface for healthy baking. Convert any baking tray to non-stick bakeware. Simply lay the mat, logo facing up, on a baking sheet or cookie sheet. Place the items to be baked or frozen and pop it in the oven or freezer. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and European, DGCCRF, ISO9001 certified. Store easily, laying flat or rolled up. This quarter-size bake mat fits standard 9.5 x 13-inch baking sheets.  Cautions: Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the baking mat, and don't cut on, fold, or grease it.
