A baking pan and bake mat set for ideal baking performance.

This non-stick half-size, 11.65 x 15.5-inch bake mat and baking pan set are designed for the home baker. It works in all types of ovens including conventional and convection. Woven glass fibers sealed inside the mat transfer heat evenly so baked goods, dough, pastries, and loaves of bread, cook to a perfect golden brown. The perfect mat for artisan baking, Irish soda bread, sourdough, and French bread.

Strong and durable to outlast thousands of uses at temperatures from -40 degrees to 480 degrees F. Great for freezing foods, too. Using frozen fruit in place of ice cubes is how to make a smoothie cold without watering down its flavor. Freeze sliced bananas, grapes, blueberries, and pitted cherries and store in an airtight bag for up to 1 month. This mat is reusable and more economical than using parchment paper. Foods release easily for healthy baking. Convert any baking tray to nonstick bakeware. Simply lay the mat, logo side facing up, on a baking sheet or cookie sheet. Place items to be baked or frozen onto the mat and pop them in the oven or freezer.

Mrs. Anderson's Bake Mat is durable, reusable, naturally nonstick, dishwasher safe for easy cleanup, European, DGCCRF, ISO9001 certified, and fits standard 13 x 18-inch baking sheets. Simply wipe the bake mat with a clean, damp sponge and air dry. Instructions included. Cautions: Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters, cut on it, fold it, or grease it.
