A baking bowl for controlled melting of multiple ingredients.

This premium Rose Levy Beranbaum silicone baking bowl offers fuss-free chocolate preparation. With a 1.5-quart, 6-cup, capacity, there's ample room for melting enough ingredients for fudgy brownies, rich ganache, and lemon curd. It's also great for making cream sauces. It collapses to 2 inches for compact storage. Made from European-grade silicone that's subjected to a higher standard of testing, it's stronger and more durable to withstand everyday stress and strain.

The nonstick property endures more uses than other baking molds. For use in your microwave, chop block chocolate into small pieces, place them inside the bowl, set the bowl in the microwave on high, and stir every 15 seconds until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove it from the microwave and continue to stir until the chocolate is completely melted. It can also be used as a double boiler over a saucepan with a snug fit on the stovetop. Includes instructions and recipes for chocolate ganache frosting and white chocolate cream cheese buttercream from Rose Levy Beranbaum, the award-winning American baker and cookbook author. Flexible and naturally non-stick to release foods with ease. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters. Never cut in the pan.
