This heavyweight big sheet pan is a commercial-grade sheet pan specially sized and designed for bread-making and cake-baking. Equaling two-thirds the size of a full sheet pan, this is the largest-sized commercial-grade baking pan that will fit in standard-sized home ovens. Made from heavyweight aluminum, it transfers heat evenly so that rolls, loaves of bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods cook to a perfect golden brown. Its reinforced beaded rim keeps it from warping and adds strength and durability to outlast thousands of uses at a wide range of temperatures(up to 480 degrees F). It’s great for chilling and freezing foods, too. Simply line the baking pan with parchment paper or a baking mat, place items to be baked or frozen onto the pan, and pop it in the oven or freezer.
